1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
It was on our one month anniversary date lol! My husband Adrian took me out on a romantic surprise date where we had an amazing Italian dinner and watched an incredible live theatre show. I lost one of my heels leaving dinner before the show! I was so embarrassed but luckily I had a pair of “mom shoes a.k.a. flats” in the car. We have the Cinderella heel in the garage and it’s memorabilia now!

2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
My wall clock and my heart-shaped baking pan are most important to me. My wall clock was handmade in Germany, where the face of the clock is filled with a mixture of fresh seeds and grains as decoration. I have poignant memories of my mother using the clock to monitor cook times while preparing meals and sharing her recipes with me over 20 years ago, and now I do the same with my family.

3.What do you love to cook and why?
People assume I played basketball because of my height, but I never did. I moved from Germany to a small cowboy town in Washington state at age 17, where tall girls like me were rare. I was so bad that I got kicked off the team during my first game. I use this as a lesson to teach my 11 year old son William that it takes more than natural talent to master a skill.

4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
During COVID-19 my local community was in shambles economically. Many of my family and friends couldn’t afford rising costs and struggled just to pay bills. I couldn’t sit back and let my community suffer while my income and wealth grew. I used my legal and financial education and experience to create The Finance Doctor, LLC to help families in need. Since 2020, I’ve helped 3,000 families get debt free and improve their future.

5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
If I had no fear I would try bungee jumping. I have a fear of falling onto hard surfaces after a biking incident. I used to regularly go biking when I was younger, and one day I veered off of a small cliff and nearly got injured. I don’t let the fear greatly affect my sense of adventure, as I still do outdoor sports such as ziplining, off-roading, snowboarding and jet skiing.
